Sustainable Futuristic Cities at a Glance
How to increase your grade level from a 4 to 5,6 or 7 by using the Rubric Below !
Scenario: The cities in the future will need to be sustainable and well planned out, as the worlds resources begin to become depleted. When planning out your ideal futuristic city you will need to be looking at better ways to use primary resources such as: Food, Renewable Energies, or the way buildings are built and the materials that they are made of! Also you will be wanting to be able to look for more efficient ways of transport, waste disposal, education, recreation facilities and even government...... (Remember this is futuristic sustainable city, so not all things need to exist fully in reality at this time)
Criterion A : Inquiring and Analyzing
Explain and justify the need for a solution to be made for cities in the future to become more self sustainable in every way possible?
The cites in future will need to be in different then know because know they are all polluted city's from the garbage and the oil and co2 in the air so in the future we have to have solar systems like solar panels wind mills also dams so that in the future the city's are not polluted and to keep out earth and city clean to live and work in. we need to also have population control because in the city's they have problems they always full of traffic and it would be a bad city.

- Construct a research plan, which states and prioritizes the primary and secondary research needed to develop a solution to the problem (as seen below
Question (strand) 2 and 4 : Mind map of ideas for what I need to put into my city to support my research table.
HINT : Sustainable Futuristic City Research table (Remember to link the design features in the Mind Map with the your Research Table below!)

Question (strand) 3. put together a slide show and then add a text box and talk about how they gave you ideas of how to create your own city.
Criterion B: Developing Ideas
Strand 1. Develop a design specification which outlines the success criteria for the design of a solution based on the data collected
My design specifications will include the following from research carried in Criterion A Inquiry and Analyzing.
The kinds of Renewable Energies that I will be using in my futuristic city are:
+ Tidal wave energy I would use because I want to develop my futuristic sustainable city near or over the sea.
+ Solar system Energy because it is not bad for the enviroment
+ Wind panels Energy because it is a easy and good way to use energy
+ water dam water fall because they will give use a lot of power and look nice
The Kinds of Parks that I will be using in my futuristic city are:
+ soccer park people who love soccer play in it
+ Inclusive Playgrounds for normal and special needs children to be able to play together in.
+ spa Parks so old people have some relax before they die
+ basketball parks so people who love basket ball play there
baseball parks so people would have the time and place to play there hobby
+ garden parks (family & friends can sit and enjoy each others company without being hit with a ball or bike etc.
+ zoo Park so all animals have fun together
+ family park so family can have a nice time together
The kinds of buildings(shape size, material they are made of etc) that I will have in my futuristic city are:
+ all houses in 1 shape a big hut for big family's
+ markets in triangle shapes so its a nice way to shop
+ jobs places in small Couze offices on the sides of the circle ship nice ocean view
+ hospitals in the center of the circle because its the easiest to get and most important
+ all building are small and Couse on the Couse city because we can have more space
The ideal positioning of where I would build my futuristic city:
+ a ship on the water
+ can get water on from sea
+ energy from ocean
sun is over use we can get energy
+ good because in the future the world might get folded
then the land will be over populated
The kinds of transportation that I would use in my futuristic city:
+ small speed boats fast way to get there
+ the small train
+ zip line fun and nice ride
+ walking good for your health
canal ride on water so you can have some fun
The kind of Social Structure in my futuristic city:
+ Instagram building nice photos
+ tweeter building funny tweets
+ Facebook building nice comments and chats

Strand 2. Present a range of feasible design ideas, which can be correctly interpreted by others
One sustainable city could look like this below:
Futuristic Design One
this is a house for a family of 4 were my city is on water
Futuristic Design Two
Futuristic Design Three
Strand 3. Present the chosen design and outline the reasons for its selection (combined strand 3 and 4 together)
Strand 4. Develop accurate planning drawings/diagrams and outline requirements for the creation of the chosen solution
Strand 4. Develop accurate planning drawings/diagrams and outline requirements for the creation of the chosen solution
This city is the best because it is warm were people can enjoy there time and they can also have some privacy or if they want they can add there ship to another one and enjoy and have fun with other people. if they want to transport to another ship or to a mall ship they can drive there speed boats.
Criterion C: Creating a Solution
Strand 1. Construct a logical plan, which outlines the efficient use of time and resources, sufficient for peers to be able to follow to create the solution You might like to use SIM CITY on your IPAD, Iphone or Android FOR FREE, OR YOU can do it in paint or can build it physically. Please include photos of Renewable power plants, schools, police station, factory etc.
My first step in building a city is to find the water land in mincraft which is this photo of how i started

My first step in building a city is to find the water land in mincraft which is this photo of how i started
My second step was to start building my ship on the water and adding all the room and things that are included in the house. which make a house and to make it in a shape that will be good looking and to connect with other houses
My step 3 was to complete the other half of my house because if i did not it would not be a complete house.
My last job job 4 is to add i the furniture and all the small things in the house that will make it look better which is what i want my house to be like then we can malfunction 100 of them then attach them together to make a neighbor. if they want to make a shop or a market they can there will be different sizes to make them and attach.
Strand 2. Demonstrate excellent technical skills when making the solution (no need to write here)
Strand 3. Follow the plan to create the solution, which functions as intended explain changes made to the chosen design and the plan when making the solution.
Answer: the changes was the full stricter from one thing to another thing because people love to change not only one thing
Strand 4. Present your final future sustainable city here (This should be ((print screen shot)) of the end results of strand 1 in criterion C)

Criterion D: Evaluation Strand 1
. Describe testing methods that you would use to see if your Sustainable Futuristic city could work, whichgenerate accurate data, (how would you record your data for example you could record feedback on your city on a table to help measure the success of the solution
Sustainable future city model
Submit
Strand 2. Explain the success of the solution against the design specification (this is the list of specifications that you need to have to make your city sustainable and futuristic for example solar power, parks or farming etc.)
Answer: the success of the solution is really good because we changes the society of living people from gases and pollution to nature and solar power.
Strand 3. Describe how the solution you came up with could have improved even further.
Answer: this solution can improve even better if i would have made more ideas for poor people who can afford to make cheaper ones for them. or for the richer people who want bigger houses and villas.
Strand 4. Describe the impact of the solution on the client/target audience. (meaning how will this change the way people will live in the future?)
Answer: this will change the way people live is from land to the oceans and seas. were people use boats and summaines instead of cars and we can also swim instead of walk.
